The Landlord's Secret
Newlyweds Momodate and Masashi move into a new home, only to discover that their landlord is Murai, Momodate's former volleyball coach with whom she shared a secret sexual past. Murai uses this history to blackmail Momodate into a clandestine affair, but the situation spirals further when another man, Matsuda, discovers her infidelity and begins his own manipulation. Trapped by blackmail and forbidden desire, Momodate struggles to maintain her marriage while falling deeper into a web of betrayal.

The episode follows two separate stories of secret desire: Kazu becomes entangled in a passionate, illicit affair with his neighbor Shizuku, while Reiji pursues a forbidden relationship with his devoted maid, Fumi. As Reiji eventually ascends to the head of his family's company, his bond with Fumi evolves from a hidden romance into a permanent partnership.
