Aspiring doctor Yasaka Seiji takes a secretive job washing cadavers to fund his medical studies, but his world spirals out of control when he falls under the manipulative influence of the facility's Vice President. As the boundaries between life and death blur, Seiji descends into a psychological breakdown, beginning to view the living people around him as mere specimens to be dominated and "cleansed."

Following the death of Miwako-san, she becomes a specimen in a depraved experiment involving pheromones and sex drugs. While a delusional Seiji attempts to claim her corpse, Kaburagi intervenes and subjects another victim to a brutal "washing" process. Through the use of experimental drugs, the line between pleasure and agony blurs as the victims are treated as mere tools for medical research.

Amidst a web of sexual manipulation and madness, Vice President Chigusa becomes a victim of Kaburagi-sensei's sadistic experiments. The horror peaks as a public investigation reveals a gruesome trail of missing organs and dead bodies, exposing the facility as a site of illegal human experimentation.
