While vacationing at a secluded inn, a family falls prey to a predatory landlord who uses a staged altercation to blackmail the mother into sexual submission. After recording her acts to ensure her silence, the landlord finds new leverage when the daughter accidentally causes him a severe injury, allowing him to extend his twisted control over the entire family.
