Yoshida, the new manager of an apartment complex rumored to be inhabited by provocative women, finds himself targeted by the overly affectionate Miss Watanabe. After donning a mysterious garment known as "Libido Cloth" that amplifies her desires, Watanabe attacks Yoshida during his nightly patrol, intending to kidnap him to satisfy her overwhelming urges.

A week after the first incident, the apartment complex is terrorized by Mrs. Ichinose, who scatters obscene photos of herself to force residents to admire her "art." The young Manager, Yoshida, becomes her latest target as she attempts to film his reactions to share with the entire complex. Although Yoshida manages to escape her advances, he discovers that the cycle of indecency is far from over as another housewife begins her rampage.

After receiving a "Housewife Risk Ranking" list, Manager Yoshida is summoned by Mrs. Mizutani to fix a clogged bathtub. He quickly finds himself trapped in a lubricated nightmare as the eccentric woman attempts to drag him and other residents into a slippery frenzy. Despite the chaotic mess, Yoshida manages to neutralize the threat, though the complex's plumbing is left in shambles.

While conducting a fire alarm inspection for the reclusive Mrs. Sanamori, Yoshida is targeted by Kanzaki, a predatory "Level A" saleswoman with aggressive tactics. Forced to seek refuge in Sanamori's secret shelter, Yoshida discovers her obsession with claustrophilia and her use of a Libido Cloth. Despite his knowledge of the cloth's weakness, the encounter ends in a financial disaster as Kanzaki manages to force a costly purchase.

While Yoshida recovers from his previous injuries, a new threat emerges in the form of Shikijo, a B-Plus risk level "Husband Hunter." After targeting Mr. Goda and causing domestic chaos, the agile temptress turns her aggression toward the Manager for interfering with her hunt. With the assistance of Mrs. Goda, the Manager engages in a high-speed battle, eventually utilizing a secret attack to neutralize Shikijo and collect her data.

After a brush with a mysterious detective, Yoshida faces a new threat in Mrs. Sakakura, a high-risk housewife whose Libido Cloth emits intoxicating alcoholic vapors. To protect the residents and the complex, Yoshida acquires the bioelectric Voltac Claw to shatter the source of her power and secure a hard-won victory.
