Psychic Detective Miko

Kanda Rokuro serves as the devoted assistant to Jinguji Miko, a brilliant and beautiful medium detective. After adding the ghost-prone Mao to their team, the group faces a supernatural crisis when a mysterious mirror manifests a doppelganger of Rokuro fueled by his own hidden desires. Although Miko successfully exorcises the resulting spirit outbreak, the side effect of her immense power leaves her in a state of reckless passion, leading to an unexpected and intimate night with Rokuro.

Kanroku and Miko navigate a series of chaotic events, starting with a misleading investigation at a nurse's school that turns into a cruel prank. Miko then intervenes during Mao's disastrous arranged marriage meeting to exorcise a disruptive ghost. The episode culminates in mayhem when magical pendants are used to swap bodies among the group, leading to comedic and suggestive turmoil before a surprise return from America sets the stage for a summer getaway.
