When she attempts to escape with the help of the enigmatic Riruru, she discovers that Riruru is actually Meiri, who developed a split personality as a defense mechanism against severe trauma. Despite being forced back into submission to save her friend, Iris successfully transmits a distress signal to her team, sparking a desperate rescue mission.
