The Awakening of the 13th Magician
Sae is a clumsy teenage girl chosen as the 13th magician to protect humanity from consciousness-stealing trespassers from Eetel Land. While struggling with her duties and her fairy guide Emito, Sae is targeted by the sadistic magician Ruran, who subjects her to extreme sexual humiliation and assault. By utilizing a risky counter-spell, Sae manages to turn the tide and defeat Ruran, restoring the consciousness of her friend Shouko's father and discovering that Shouko may possess magical abilities of her own.
A Bond of Protection
Sae introduces her eccentric friend Shouko to Emito, who encourages Shouko to become a magical girl. Driven by a desire to protect Sae after learning of her past trauma, Shouko agrees, but they are soon ambushed by the sadistic magician Baldoi. After Sae is brutally incapacitated and assaulted, Shouko manages to manifest a powerful weapon to break the enemy's hold, leading to Baldoi's defeat and a renewed vow between the two friends to grow stronger together.
