The Only Cure for Survival
After a shipwreck leaves a group of students stranded on a mysterious island, the women discover they have been infected with a lethal virus that amplifies their sexual desires and will kill them if left untreated. With Shouta as the sole male survivor, he becomes the only source of the "cure" needed to prevent their deaths. Forced to cast aside their pride and previous animosity, the girls must now rely on Shouta for their very survival.

Shouta continues to provide the only cure for the arousal virus to his classmates, eventually breaking the resolve of the stubborn Toume. After discovering that Dr. Ichijou orchestrated the outbreak and hid a means of escape, Shouta leverages the doctor's desperation to secure a motorboat and lead the group home. Back in their normal lives, Shouta is no longer a bullied outcast, instead living as the beloved partner to a group of women all carrying his children.
