Lily attempts to rescue Agents Agatha and Koyomi from Lead's hideout, only to be captured and used as a pawn in a sadistic public display. Lead reveals that the entire raid was a calculated ruse to infiltrate the Special Forces headquarters using the mind-controlling drug Kamyla. However, Lily manages to break the psychological shackles by using the stimulant Bram Walker to neutralize the mind control, leading to a violent confrontation. Although Lead escapes by bombing the facility, the agents are liberated and return to their duties, knowing their enemy is still at large.
