Naoto continues his mission to impregnate one of the sisters, but he is plagued by haunting visions of his deceased fiancee, Suzune. After intimate encounters with Mizuna and a psychologically charged session with Ayumi, Naoto is confronted by the rebellious Shino. Driven by loneliness and resentment, Shino eventually demands her own turn, resulting in all the sisters becoming sexually entwined with Naoto.
