However, he discovers that the city has devolved into a place of debauchery and decadence. Instead of leading a moral revival, Will quickly succumbs to the city's temptations, engaging in sexual encounters with a local stripper and the sisters of his childhood friend, Celia. As Celia confronts him over his lack of ambition and integrity, a mysterious amnesiac arrives in town, hinting at a darker danger lurking beneath the surface.
