Ayano, an OB-GYN doctor pressured by her mother to conceive within a year to inherit the family clinic, crosses paths with Inaba, a man who believes he is impotent. After a medical examination reveals that Inaba is actually highly fertile and uniquely compatible with her, Ayano proposes a marriage of convenience. Inaba agrees to the arrangement on the condition that he successfully gets her pregnant within the year.
