A week after the first incident, the apartment complex is terrorized by Mrs. Ichinose, who scatters obscene photos of herself to force residents to admire her "art." The young Manager, Yoshida, becomes her latest target as she attempts to film his reactions to share with the entire complex. Although Yoshida manages to escape her advances, he discovers that the cycle of indecency is far from over as another housewife begins her rampage.
