Under the Societal Resources Restoration Law, youths who fail to advance in society are forced into compulsory sexual labor. Watarai Seika, a former top student, is installed as a public toilet in the boys' communal bathroom, where she and her peer Shichijo discover a perverse sense of fulfillment. By embracing their roles as human utilities, they find liberation from the crushing expectations of their former lives.
