Rei-Lan, an undefeated fighter known as the "Genocide Queen," seeks revenge against Tojo, the ruthless leader of the Trident Foundation, for the trauma and loss she suffered four years prior. Using a shipment of the drug D-99X as bait, she attempts to infiltrate Tojo's stronghold to end his reign. However, Tojo reveals a devastating betrayal involving her former partner, Doug, and uses psychological and physical dominance to break her spirit. Ultimately, Rei-Lan succumbs to Tojo's influence, returning to his side as his loyal subordinate.
