Pico and Chico encounter an eccentric boy named CoCo, who lives in a secret hideout and tells them whimsical stories about city fairies and the spirits within cell phones. After CoCo mysteriously vanishes, the boys search for him at the city's red tower, eventually reuniting and promising to always remain by each other's side.
