Keita attempts to warn Hibari about the predatory nature of Dr. Ishigami, but his warnings are misunderstood and ignored. This allows Ishigami to manipulate and coerce Hibari into a secret sexual relationship, using blackmail to keep her silent. The episode ends in tragedy as Ishigami reveals the evidence of their encounters to a devastated Keita.
