Makimura-sensei continues her clandestine experiments using specialized medication to alter the anatomy and inhibitions of the ward's nurses. When a strict colleague attempts to report her for using unlicensed drugs, she is instead drugged and forced to succumb to her own hidden desires. The experiment further expands to include the Naruse sisters, as the sensei pushes her subjects toward total submission and pregnancy to awaken their primal instincts.
