As strange climatic disturbances signal the rebirth of a deadly Demon Beast on Earth, the Interplanetary Mutual Observation Agency seeks to recover the strength of their greatest fallen warrior, Ash. Using genetic "spermia" cells, they discover that Ash's essence may have been reborn as Miki, a mysterious biker known as "Cat's Eye." With Kayo sensing the monster's awakening, agents BB and Dee race to find Miki, hoping she can regain her combat memories to stop the impending catastrophe.
