Minako Kisaragi begins her tenure at Date General Hospital, where she discovers that the facility is run by the depraved Dr. Date, who believes "special nursing" requires providing sexual gratification to patients. While Minako struggles to maintain her professionalism, her colleague Sayaka is subjected to humiliating training and forced sexual acts under the guise of professional development.
