Konna Azusa, the desperate landlord of an inherited apartment complex, agrees to become a "special experimental slave" to prevent her last remaining tenant, Moriyama, from moving out. Moriyama takes advantage of her desperation, using a mysterious invention to heighten her sensitivity and subjecting her to increasingly depraved sexual experiments, eventually involving his underclassmen in the ordeal.
