In the scholarly town of Aqualis, Lester desperately cares for his terminally ill sister, Mith. After Mith passes away, Lester turns to forbidden magic and summons the demon Neipher to bring her back to life within a homunculus body. To complete the resurrection, Neipher demands a sacrifice of virgin's blood, forcing Lester to perform a dark ritual involving his classmate, Pusel.
