Akagi-sensei becomes suspicious of his wife, Ikumi, after seeing a lewd video of a lookalike performing at a secret club. While he manages to convince himself of her innocence, a darker conspiracy unfolds as Ikumi's sister, Shizuka, is captured and blackmailed. Using the explicit footage of her sister, a mysterious man forces Shizuka into a series of degrading acts, intending to mold her into a slave just like her sister.
