At the prestigious Saint Orchis Academy, male students are subjected to severe discrimination by the ruling Azuma family. Seeking retribution, a group of male students led by Kuga orchestrates a coup, capturing the principal and the Azuma twins to subject them to brutal subjugation. With the former authorities broken and humiliated, the institution is renamed "Saint Slave Academy," establishing a new, cruel order.
