The "Mansion Without Time" begins to move once more after a mysterious activation, triggering a superstition that someone will disappear when the clock strikes thirteen. While the household servants compete for the attention of Master Setsuya, the abandoned brother Itsuya returns in secret to restore time and seek revenge. As boundaries of power and pleasure are pushed, a dangerous game of deception begins to unravel the mansion's fragile order.
The Clock's Cruel Loop
Setsuya discovers the horrifying truth about the "junk" affecting the women in the mansion, which has rendered them biologically unstable and trapped in a cycle of pain and pleasure. As a mysterious antagonist manipulates the situation and reveals the lethal nature of their condition, Setsuya struggles to save Kasumi and Fujino. Despite a desperate sacrifice to wake him, the antagonist reveals that the mansion has become a timeless prison, trapping everyone in an endless, inescapable loop.
