Kazuki shares a deep, affectionate bond with his sister Otome, but their peaceful lives are shattered when he witnesses her being abducted by a mysterious man. Soon after, Kazuki receives a disturbing DVD revealing that Otome has been forced into a series of explicit, non-consensual acts. As Otome returns home pretending everything is normal, Kazuki is left haunted by the dark secret of her exploitation.

Kazuki is tormented by mysterious DVDs depicting the corruption of Otome, leading to a surreal confrontation with Rinka, who reveals her own traumatic past and desire for revenge. After seemingly waking up to a blissful married life with Otome and their daughter, Kazuki discovers a devastating video that exposes his domestic happiness as a lie, revealing that his family has been systematically betrayed. Trapped in a cycle of psychological torture and fragmented realities, he is left in a state of total despair.
