Dr. Ishida is hired by the desperate director of the failing Nagatsuka Hospital, demanding absolute autonomy in exchange for his services. He soon encounters Miss Higashijuujo, a wealthy and spoiled hypochondriac who fakes illnesses for attention. By employing provocative and unconventional "treatments" to manipulate her desires, Ishida transforms the haughty heiress into a dependent patient, ultimately securing a massive donation that saves the hospital from bankruptcy.
Dr. Ishida uses a fake medical scare to manipulate Mrs. Kinoshita and her daughter, Tomomi, into submitting to his unconventional "treatments." After a house call reveals the father's unemployment and failure as a provider, the doctor further seduces both women, leading them to abandon their husband and father in favor of the doctor's pleasure and authority.
